The shit was crazy. I had been on an island with the most beautiful local women for four days. Yet, the entire time, I never smiled. But as soon as I saw London, a smile spread across my face so full of sincere joy that the shit scared me.
Luckily, London nor Tangi saw me cheesing at her, because London’s back was to the door and Tangi was focused on serving a customer.
I had just left the spot, checking up with Brooklyn on how things had gone while we were out of the country. It was only three in the afternoon, but I didn’t want to go home and breathe the same air as Siren.
That was one pathetic bitch. The way she obsessed over King let me know that her feelings for him ran way deeper than one drunk fuck years ago. She was more worried about that nigga than the two people she should’ve been giving the most fucks about, which were Elijah and me.
“Damn, mama, that ass is phat.” I had snuck up behind London and whispered in her ear as I caressed her ass lightly. She spun around with fire in her ass, but it quickly simmered when she saw me.
“Boy!” Her mean mug changed into a big grin encased by those big, beautiful, pink lips. “You were about to get smacked.”
I chuckled as I sat on the stool next to her.
“Hey, Meech!” I heard Tangi squeal.
I returned her greeting, “Hey there, Tangi,” but I was looking into London’s eyes. “How you doin’, ma?” I asked her.
“I’m good,” London answered in a sexy voice as she smiled bashfully and played with one of her locs. This time there was no bun at the crown of her head. Her pretty locs were hanging low down her back. I liked the crinkled pattern they now had.
The smile on her face let me know that she was feeling me just as much as I was feeling her. Shit, the fact that I was even feeling her was a shock to me. I mean, I was a street nigga in every sense of the word. Getting pussy had never been an issue for me. Bitches had thrown pussy at me when I was broke, so when the money started coming in, I was really taking down pussy left and right and fighting off the ones that I didn’t want. By the time I got with Siren, I had been through so much pussy that I didn’t need no more, so I was pretty faithful to her. There were a few chicks that had gotten through to me on an off night, but they were just pussy. Yet, without ever having held a sober conversation with London, without even coming close to the pussy, I was feeling her for real.
That was scary, and it made me feel like a bitch. So I shook it off and ordered us some drinks.
After two rounds of hard alcohol, great conversation with feminine giggles, and light touches on my arm, London excused herself to the bathroom.
